Originally from Texas, but moving to
Costa Rica from Seattle, Sherry initially drove
her 1999 Nissan Altima from
Seattle, WA to San Jose, Costa Rica in August of 2006.
She lived in Puntarenas on the
Pacific Coast. Loving the lifestyle, but not the heat of the
coast, she decided to
purchase a Bed and Breakfast in the Central Valley which offers one of
the best climates in the world.
Ann
Cabezas, the on-Site Manager of Vina Romantica,
has lived in
Costa Rica for eight years working as a travel agent
and tour guide exploring the
mountainous rain forest, national parks, and beautiful
beaches. Ann is the author of the popular travel blog
www.costaricalearn.com
dedicated
to all aspects of Costa Rica travel.
Sherry and Ann became good friends as neighbors while
living in the mountainous coffee-region of Las Pilas de
Alajuela-home to Hotel Vina Romantica. Ann
is co producer and writer for “Costa Rica A Travel
Adventure Spectacular”, an
adventure travel video showcasing the most beautiful
vacation spots in Costa Rica.
